The community at a glance

A mature, central golf community with a character newer neighborhoods cannot reproduce.

Tucson Country Club Estates is a guard-gated, established golf community in northeast Tucson near Tanque Verde Road and Sabino Canyon Road. Unlike the mountain and high-desert settings of many luxury communities, this neighborhood is known for mature trees, broad lawns and desert landscaping, generous lots, and custom homes arranged around a historic private club and golf course.

The community dates to the development of Tucson Country Club in the 1940s and has evolved through decades of custom construction and renovation. That history gives it a range of architecture and a sense of permanence that is difficult to reproduce in newer neighborhoods.

The experience

What distinguishes Tucson Country Club Estates.

A community name is only the beginning. Architecture, terrain, associations, views, and amenities shape the experience property by property.

01

A distinctive Tucson history

Tucson Country Club was established in 1947 after local investors acquired ranch land for a private club and residential subdivision. The original development pattern created sizable custom lots and a landscape that has matured over generations.

Tucson Country Club

The private, member-owned club centers on an 18-hole William Bell golf course whose tree-lined layout contrasts with Tucson’s desert-target courses. Residential ownership and club membership remain separate considerations.
