A closer look at La Reserve.

La Reserve is a master-planned residential community at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains in Oro Valley. Its official association describes nearly 1,200 acres adjoining the wider Pusch Ridge Wilderness, Catalina State Park, and Coronado National Forest setting. Two attended gates and three access points serve a collection of distinct neighborhoods, not one uniform housing style.

The association’s neighborhood roster includes Big Horn Point, Deer Run, Desert Mirage, La Mirada, Rams Canyon, Rams Hill, The Ridge, Window Rock, Canyon Estates, Crimson Canyon, Gold Canyon Estates, Wilderness I, II and III, Ponticello, Stoney Canyon, and Mirabella.

The experience

What distinguishes La Reserve.

A community name is only the beginning. Architecture, terrain, associations, views, and amenities shape the experience property by property.

01

From townhomes to custom hillside residences

La Reserve’s subcommunities include townhome, patio-home, semi-custom, and custom-home settings. That variety lets buyers compare a smaller exterior-maintenance footprint with a more individually designed residence. Mountain-side terrain makes driveway grades, stairs, terrace exposure, drainage, and retaining structures important parts of the comparison.
