"When we decided to look for a new home, we contacted Susanne Grogan based on her multiple excellent online reviews. She got back to us immediately and after discussing our wants and needs, she produced within a day, a list of homes that she thought met our specifications. She arranged for us to tour the homes that we selected within the next few days. When we decided to make an offer on a home, Suzanne gave us an honest appraisal of the market value of the home compared to the inflated asking price and we did not go through with the purchase. Within a few days, another home came on the market that was ideal for us Suzanne got us in to see it within 24 hours of it being listed and we made an immediate offer that was accepted the same day. Suzanne arranged all the inspections and coordinated with the sellers for quick repairs so that we could close within 30 days. Suzanne was exactly the type of buyer's agent that we were hoping to find. We would recommend her most enthusiastically."

She listened to us, showed us appropriate homes including ones that were not yet on the market, provided excellent advice on negotiation strategy, and did an extremely good job negotiating on our behalf. She also provided contractor recommendations for some repairs and painting that turned out great. This experience worked so well that we had Susanne sell our old house. "After reviewing several realtors' profiles and consulting with friends, we decided to work with Grogan&Grogan to sell our property located in Catalina FootHills-Tucson. They provided us with great advice to choose the right price for our property and they nicely strategize to feature our property in the market including professional photography, which nicely featured our beautiful house. They have used various and effective methods to market our property and always included us in their progress. Our property was first sold one day after being listed in the market but unfortunately, we disagreed with buyers later on a few items that we believe were unfair. After returning our property to the market, which was indeed very stressful for us, they did an amazing job to relax us and wisely re-market our property in the tough market and highly competitive situation. Fortunately, soon later and thanks to the proactive action of Mrs. Grogan, our property was sold again.
